1. Service

Presenco is a mobile attendance and time tracking platform for companies with field teams.

The service may include user, worker, project, attendance, reporting and subscription management.

2. User account

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for actions performed from your account.

3. Free trial and subscription

Presenco may offer a 2-month free trial with full access.

After the free trial, the standard yearly plan costs 600 EUR per year, unless otherwise agreed.

Billing conditions may be specified during account creation or in a separate invoice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Presenco only for lawful and professional purposes.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access unauthorised data or misuse the platform.

5. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure.

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

6. Liability

Presenco provides tools to help manage attendance, but the customer remains responsible for internal decisions, legal obligations and checks.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page is the applicable version.
